Refund policy
STOREOFVALUE will accept returns within 30 days starting from the date of receipt by the customer for products that are not used, unopened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are solely at the customer's expense. After said period of 30 days without the customer having sent a request to return the item and to be granted a refund in writing, Store of Value will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at info@storeofvalue.eu
After Store of Value received, examined and accepted the customer's request to return an item, Store of Value will subsequently provide the customer via email with the address of the closest warehouse where the customer can mail the relevant item.
The customer is required to use a trackable mail service when returning an item. Store of Value will not be responsible for lost or missing return packages. The customer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for returning the relevant item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, Store of Value is unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee on the entire order value to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to Store of Value for refunds by the bank, credit card companies and so on.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet after Store of Value has confirmed payment of the refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@storeofvalue.eu
If an item is purchased using Bitcoin, any refund accepted by Store of Value will be paid in the EUR equivalent at the date of purchase.
