Shipping policy
What are my shipping costs?
Store of Value offers free shipping under the following conditions:
- Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands: Net order value €50 and up.
- Rest of Europe (except for EFTA countries): Net order value €75 and up.
- EFTA Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland): Net order value €125 and up.
- Rest of the World: Net order value €150 and up.
If your order does not meet the free shipping requirements, the shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your items, the service you select, and your shipping location. You can always add the items to your cart and see your shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If your item is in stock, we usually ship (part of) your order the same day.
Some items are produced especially for you. Most of these items ship within 2 to 3 business days; however, there can be a bit of a delay during peak times.
The estimated delivery date to your country is always indicated on both the product order page and in your cart. These dates are quite accurate. However, if your order is urgent for any reason and you would like to know the exact delivery date to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Where do you ship from?
We try to keep the delivery time as short as possible. That's why we ship from a location as close to you as possible. Currently, we ship from locations in the Netherlands, Spain, Latvia, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Canada.
Do you ship to my country?
Store of Value ships worldwide. Store of Value does NOT ship to the following countries and territories: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. The list of countries may change periodically.
Are there any additional costs on deliveries to my country?
Please note that for orders delivered to non-European countries as well as countries within the EFTA zone and the United Kingdom, import taxes, sales tax, and duties may apply.
Import taxes and other customs or import duties and taxes are always borne by the customer and cannot be refunded by Store of Value. This is also applicable even if your net order value requirements are met.
